As a speaker at the Raw Living Expo 2014, I attended the wonderful evening Raw Living Dinner Gala at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel on January 31, 2014. I was delighted by every course on the menu that evening, carefully planned and efficiently organized by Raw Chef Extraordinaire, Jillian Love. Jillian not only directed the Hyatt chef staff in how to create these scrumptious dishes, she also was instrumental in the complete follow through in every step of their delivery. All the dishes from the amazing Sesame Flatbread and Garlic Herb Boursin to the impressive Fennel and Arugula Salad with Black Currant Pecan Tapenade, to the so flavorful Tomato Dill Soup with Chipotle Cheese, to the main course of Black Sesame and Hemp Crusted Teriyaki Mushroom Fillet, and much much more, I have never enjoyed a raw vegan dinner of such elegance, artistic design, and a multitude of the most delicious flavors ever!
