1 16 oz smoothie
Ingredients:

 

  • 8 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ¼ Frozen Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3 tsp Vanilla SunWarrior Protein
  • 4 Tbs Dates
  • 2 Tbs Hemp Seeds
  • Dash Salt

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in Vitamix Blender till smooth and
    creamy.
  2. Serve Immediately.
