Eat For Your Life
Here is a picture of the lovely sunflower pate cabbage boats we made in the Eat For Your Life Class in McLeod Gang, Dharmasala India. The theme was to make easy healthy recipes with local ingredients that travelers could make with no power tools involved. We only used knives and in some cases our personal pocket travel knives – a vegetable peeler, a jar with a lid to shake up our dressings, and a mortor and pestle – though a bowl and the bottom of a glass did the same trick. Yes even in india you can make some healthy and beautiful food for yourself. Here is the recipe so you get an idea. For more amazing recipes that you can make with no power tools check out my EBOOK.
